Founder of Sisbro Lending, Inc., Tracy Siegel-Ahern, graduated with a Bachelor’s in Finance from California State University Northridge in 1989. During her studies there, she earned her real estate license at 20 years old and began selling real estate. After graduating, Tracy managed and leased commercial properties before transitioning into the mortgage industry in 1992.

Tracy began working at a company as a mortgage broker, where she learned the ins and outs of the business, and after a few years decided to open her own company. Sisbro Lending, Inc. was founded by Tracy in 1995 and she has been doing loans in California ever since. Now in 2022, Sisbro Lending has expanded to Tennessee as well.
Tracy built Sisbro Lending, Inc. on a 100% referral basis and to her loyal clientele, is known for her honesty and having their best interests at heart. She prides herself on not just being a loan officer who solely takes loan applications, but a broker who posses the knowledge to analyze all financial information and underwriting guidelines in order to present the client with the best options for their loan.
Tracy takes the time to listen to her clients’ situations financially and is up front when she believes something is not the smartest financial decision for them. She truly cares about her clients and their future.
